Heavy Metal Jukebox

It's time again to play the Heavy Metal Jukebox. I give you three song choices and you select the one you like the most. This time it's three title tracks and they are:

Dokken-Tooth and nail
Motorhead-Iron Fist
Ted Nugent-Cat scratch fever

***So which one do you choose?

  1. Iron Fist (but I'd actually choose Sodom's cover version that appeared on "Persecution Mania"!)

  2. Iron Fist! No contest. Can I play it twice to bump whoever wants to play Dokken?

  5. OK, I'll take Bob on and choose "Tooth and Nail." It showed more than anything on the debut albym that Goerge Lynch was a true guitar god. I'm not cutting the other choices ... but let's give Dokken some credit for a solid song.

  6. Wow! All great songs...probably the hardest choice yet on Heavy Metal Jukebox day...

I think I have to go with Dokken for no other reason then it's fun to say "Rockin' with Dokken'!

    All great songs!

  9. I like Dokken, but it's between the other two. As much as I like the Nuge I think I'll have to go with Motorhead.

Three songs that I would never put together in a million years, but this makes for a great jukebox. This would also be an interesting concert (I wonder if Lemmy and Wild Ted ever shared a stage?). My ranking is:

    1. Iron Fist
    2 Tooth and Nail
    3. Cat Scratch Fever

  14. Bummer!!!!! Iron Fist vs. Tooth and Nail? Both are the same tempo, but Dokken gives us the kickass Lynch solo. The cool people would pick Iron Fist and I would probably do the same, but Tooth and Nail is probably gonna be my pick right now.

  15. Hey Metal Mark
I go for 'Iron Fist' - ok I am biased!

You ever heard the Motörhead cover of Cat Scratch Fever?
    Worth a try

    Have a good weekend
    Cheers
