I'll go with Kix. At least it's honest - a stupid cover for a stupid band. The White Lion cover wants to be smart, but is really just a contrived attempt at some kind of commentary by a band that neither rocks nor is relevant.
I'll go with the Kix one as well. I was never a White Lion fan but Vito is a great guitarist and Mike Tramp is a really nice guy. We used to trade Thin Lizzy demos/bootlegs.
It's more like which one do I LEAST prefer. I don't like the Kix one, but it's better than the White Lion idiocy. Are they trying to make a point? If so, it's weak at best and a waste of space.

ReplyDeleteThe KIX one is generic,but I like the colors and I always liked their logo. The White Lion is like a hodge podge of images that don't work together.
