  1. They both look great on the back of denim jackets but prefer Hell Bent For Leather.

I saw Judas Priest & Iron Maiden at Madison Square Garden in 1982. A dude on line in front of me had Hell Bent painted on his jacket with the UK title of Killing Machine on it. That may have something to do with my choice.

  2. Hell Bent for sure. I never really liked or understood the Vengence cover.

And Hell Bent is what Judas Priest is. They are represented by this album maybe even more then British Steel.

  3. I like both, but Hell bent for leather has a real dark feel to it. So I'll take it for that reason.

  5. I'm gonna go with Screaming for Vengeance. I like the really stylized art that they used for a few albums there in the 80s (even if one of them is Turbo whose music was as bad as its cover).

man, you took my words. 100%!!! totally agree on this. HBFL is just simply defining everything you need to know about the priest!

  7. So are you guys saying Priest is a good band, because they really like leather? I could see making a statement like that about British Steel, because they are in fact a British metal band, or Defenders of the Faith, because at least up until that record they kinda were one of the metal bands that stuck it with traditional metal when everyone else was either a hair band or a speedmetal band, but what does liking leather have to do with anything pertinent?
