I have to go with Beast from the East. It's not a great cover, but the tattoo is pretty cool looking and I like that it's a pretty bright cover without being gaudy. The Don Dokken cover just looks like a cheap early 80s metal album. At least he could have made it look like a cheap early 90s metal album.
That isn't sarcasm by the way. I genuinely love Dokken. Not enough to have either of these records, apparently, but they are one of my favorite metal bands.
