Trick or treat is a decent movie. Maximum Overdrive probably had a larger budget, but it is a very bad film. Difficult to make it through the whole thing.
Twenty years ago, I might have agreed that the Trick or Treat soundtrack was good, but time has not been kind to it. I have four Fastway albums and none are all that great, but Trick or Treat is the worst of them. It really just goes through the motions even more than the others.
oh, I hate to say I couldn't deal with Waiting for the Roar...Mark and I used to sing along to the title song "waiting for the snore...zzzz zzzzzzzzzz..." I like their self-titled and ToT the best....ToT the film turns bad after the first hour, but I am so into that first hour since it was a fair replication of metal life in the 80s
The scariest thing about both covers is the band logos on them. They guarantee rotten music. Yikes!

ReplyDeleteBob-I actually think it's their best and the only one I really like. I listen to it about once or twice every year around Halloween.

ReplyDeleteI didn't like Waiting for the roar when I heard it, but it's been over twenty years since I last heard it.
ReplyDeleteI don't think Trick or Treat falls apart at all. It's a low budget horror/comedy and it works on that level.
