M.O.D. without hesitation! That is just a nasty cover. It's funny, I just dug out this cassette a couple of weeks ago and was psyched I have it on some kind of media.
Neither is great, but I'll lean toward Sacred Reich. Musically, it's no contest though. Surf Nicaragua is probably better than anything Billy Milano was involved in.
