What was the last album that you listened to where it turned out to be better than you thought it would be? At War - Infidel. I'm always reluctant of comeback albums.
1) The Devil's Blood—Come Reap (it's an EP, though. Astra's The Weirding was the last full album I listened to)
2) Unexpect (wearing right now)
3) I bought The Opium Cartel—Night Blooms and Deathspell Omega—Chaining the Katechon together from The End Records
4) I'm at Struck By Lightning's MySpace page right now.
5) That's a hard one. Maybe The Decemberists—The Hazards of Love.
1) In about ten minutes, it'll be the Rolling Stones - Some Girls
2) Misfits Crimson Ghosts shirt (I'm wearing it now)
3) I bought M.I.A.'s Kala LP on ebay, but it's not here yet. The last one I actually have in my possession was the Taken By Trees - Sweet Child O Mine 7"
4) I don't remember the last band site I visited, but I was reading about Slayer and Iron Maiden on other sites yesterday.
5) Pomegranates - Everbody Come Outside. I expected it to be good, but not that good.

Last album that was better than I expected-Machines of Grace. I asked for something else from a PR guy and he said yes, but sent me this instead. I let it sit for a while because I expected it to be lame, but it's decent.
What was the last album you listened to in it's entirety?
I listen to just about everything I put in all the way through unless it's a rotten promo, but coming off the road it was the Allman Brothers Band - Brothers and Sisters

I bought a number today at a sidewalk sale: Deep Purple - Fireball, Ozzy - No Rest for the Wicked, Temple of the Dog - s/t, Joe Jackson - Look Sharp, Dio - Lock Up the Wolves

again, Winds of Plague...the previous one turned me off; this one was a vast improvement
