Neither is particularly well executed, but I'll go with the Tank, because the Manowar one is too busy for its own good.

I'll go with Tank. The drooling dogs work well enough.
MANOWAR!
It just seems as if the evil dog "thing" was/has been done so many times before. Plus, "Hail To England" is a monster of a MANOWAR album.
