The new RATT album is great...I hope Ozzy's upcoming one is too!
But, as far as these two covers...I'll go with Ozzy's.
I don't like the angel wings (and this Ozzy's second album cover in which he has them)...I think angels are creepy.
But, I like that he's using his original logo for his name.
RATT's logo, on the other hand, looks like it's been altered slightly...for the worse.
And the cover art is boring...not as bad as "Detonator" or the yellow self-titled album cover they released about ten years ago, though.
I'll take the Ratt cover, because it doesn't have a picture of Ozzy.
Neither are great, but I'll go with Ratt.
Gotta go with the Ozzy on this one.
Not particularly imaginative, but at least it's not a bilious shade of green.
Ozzy. Ratt cover is boring and too post-grunge looking.

I've NEVER gotten in to Ratt, simply because I hate Stephen's voice, but I'll give it a listen.
