A few simple questions for you.

-What was the last album you listened to in it's entirety?
-What was the last cover song you listened to?
-What was the last rock band shirt you had on?

I make it a point to listen to albums all the way through unless I'm interrupted for some reason. So, I listened to Demented Are Go's Hellbilly Storm on the way home, the last cover song I heard was Mindless Self Indulgence's cover of "Tom Sawyer." I just booted the album out of my collection ceremoniously on my blog... Last band shirt I wore is Isis.

1) Falconer - Northwind, earlier today. While I love my iPod & shuffles, I also still listen to a LOT of albums in their entirety, time permitting.

2) Gun - "Word Up" (orig: Cameo)

3) Metallica...

When I put on an album, I listen all the way through unless I am interrupted.....I guess I'm like Ray! The last album I listened to all the way thru was the new Manowar - GODS OF WAR. It was hard to do.

The last cover I heard was 'Neon Knights' by Westworld. I was comparing the Westworld version (from CYBERDREAMS) to the original.

I'm wearing a band shirt right now! Actually, most of my t-shirts are tour shirts. Saxon - Metalhead Tour

2. Fun Boy Three - Our Lips are Sealed (not really a cover since Terry hall co-wrote it with Jane Wiedlin, but it's a lot less known than the Go-Gos version)
3. Dag Nasty - Wig Out at Denkos (I have it on now)

1) Thanks to my trusty iPod, I'm tend not to listen to albums the whole way through as much.

The last album I listened to in it's entirety was Bob Seger's Greatest Hits

2) The last cover song I listened to was a very NON-Metal song...Sinead O'Connor's version of "Ode To Billy Joe"...very odd...

3) I still have all my old t-shirts from back in the day when my whole wardrobe was concert shirts and blue jeans...I think it was my Metallica shirt from '92...

You might wanna qualify that as "Great White tries Led Zep," because they certainly didn't succeed in doing anything other than sucking the soul out of it just as they did with everything else they touched. Of course, it isn't as bad as their Ian Hunter cover, but that's not saying much.
