Judge the album cover

I have not purchased the new Ozzy and probably won't. However I did find it strange that the U.S. version only had a logo on the cover while the import had Ozzy on it. Ozzy has appeared on almost all of his album covers. Today's offering is one of the more elaborate cover. It's Bark at the moon from 1983.

**So what do you think of it?

This cover brings back a lot of fun memories of the 1980's for me. This was just when I was getting into metal. I also love The Ultimate Sin cover. Both are a bit cheesy, but who cares if it puts a smile on your face.

It's very cheesy, sort of like the old UHF Creature Feature flicks. Believe it or not, I actually liked this album when I was in high school.

It may be '80s cheese now but back then it was so cool. I would rather have a cover like this than the on I got with the new album.

Great cover! I remember this clearly when released. I went to buy the LP at the shop and they told me it was banned in South Africa due to the cover. Those were the days - Ihad to put in some extra effort to get it.

One of my least favorite Ozzy covers. His earlier ones were a bit campy but still "real" somehow ... this one goes too far into cheese and seems desperate,

It is cheesey, but in a sense Ozzy has made cheesiness part of his charm. I like the cover, because I think it's goofy as were all of his earlier albums. It shows to me that he didn't take himself too seriously.

I think it is an okay album cover. Like you guys said, it is very cheesy.

But, it is a good album.

I enjoyed this album, but find the cover lame simply because I think the makeup job is horrible! That werewolf thing looks like a sad attempt at a Halloween costume.

I like it, it works for what it is. I also like the logo a lot with all the spikes coming out of it.

It's a pretty cool album cover. I wonder if there's a picture of him drooling on himself on his new album cover.

Pretty decent album cover, I personally don't wanna look at him on album covers though.

I did unfortunately hear some of the new Ozzy CD because my girlfriends, Mom’s boyfriend worships Ozzy and was raving about how AMAZING it was. I heard a few songs and laughed and shook my head wondering if he was listening to the same CD as me. Sometimes Ozzy worshipers lose sense of reality…

This is probably my favorite Ozzy Cover. It must be the whole horror aspect of it.

This just shows Ozzy's humor & quirky personality:)

And, give Ozzy a break. He's been thru a lot. *lol*

Ozzy's new disc DOES rock. I didn't buy it, I just listen on the web. I like it because it's the first one he recorded totally sober, and it show that he's not going away anytime soon:)

It's even cheesier now then it was back in the day. That is hard to believe.

It was an awesome cover for the time. And not to contradict you, but the US album DID have that same cover when first released. I know, cuz I bought it the day it came out...
