Number 13
Number 13 is...
Randy Rhoads
This was a tough one for me because I think that he tends to get slightly overrated. He did manage to establish his own style in a rather short time period though. Even 27 years after his death, his work still holds up well. His work with Ozzy showed his ability to alternate between heavy hitting riffs, classy passages and strong solos that were more substance than flash.
Number 12 will be up soon.

I like Randy but always preferred Jake.
I think 13 is a good spot for him. he's overrated, but he'd easily be top 10 on many people's list and shouldn't be.
I prefer Brad Gillis...okay, I'm kidding, but Jake E Lee was just another 80s wanker metal guitarist. Absolutely nothing special.
i wish there was a rolleyes icon for this.
haha
I think Jake E. Lee was decent, but nothing special.
I have to admit that I've never been a fan of Randy. I think he was very talented but really dislike his guitar tone.
