Both have a cool simplicity, but I'm leaning toward the Slayer cover.
Slayer from me. I love the simple colors as it has almost a DIY feel to it as did a number of early thrash metal releases from that time. The Danzig one is actually decent although I never got in Danzig's music after Samhain.
I'll take Danzig, but I consider them both to be iconic.
