RUSH. Band AND cover, lol !
Oooh - this one is hard. I like the Rush cover because it's subtle but creepy. However, the ZZ cover is more hard core, and stands out more...

Rush. Everything thing they do is a winner
I like both and the red border and rough band logo help ZZtop, but I gotta go with Rush. It just stands out more.

The skull has me leaning towards ZZ Top, only that RUSH cover "matches" the music within to a "T". RUSH it is.
