Obsessor hail from Richmond, Virginia and they are all the brainchild of Brandon "The Obsessor" Ferrell who has spent time in Direct Control, Government Warning, Wasted Time, and Municipal Waste. Ferrell handles the vocals and all of the instruments on the two songs on this album. Both tracks have a stripped down thrash/ hardcore sound. They sound like a blend of Discharge, English Dogs, the Exploited and maybe a pinch of Celtic Frost. Nothing fancy, but just straight ahead banging and tearing with squealing solos and no wasted notes whatsoever. The production is just underdone enough to make it sound like it was recorded in 1985 which is probably the desired effect they were aiming for. Both tracks are under two minutes a piece so it's a quick but enjoyable ride.
