R.I.P. Scott Columbus 1957-2011

Former Manowar drummer Scott Columbus has passed away at the young age of 54. The information was first posted by ex- Manowar guitarist Ross “The Boss” Friedman on his own Facebook page.It was sadly later verified by Columbus’girlfriend Nancy. According to the posts I've been reading Columbus died early in the evening of Monday, April 4, 2011. Cause of death is not known at this time. Scott Columbus joined Manowar in 1983 and was with the group until 2008. He will be missed by family, friends and fans alike.
