I've got to go w/ Ratt. I have always loved that cover and the album just kills!
I'll run with Lizzy Borden any day of the year. Their album cover is Metal. A darned great album it is too. "Out Of The Cellar" is an Old School classic, yet It's difficult for me to go nuts over that album cover then and now... big deal.
My pick is Ratt, love the sleaziness of the cover.
