Novation are a post-punk/garage rock band that also adds in elements of grunge and hard rock. Hailing from Natick, MA. they were formed in 2008 by Anthony Santoro, Jack Francis, and Max Petot. In early 2009 singer Brian Cummings came on board. Soon the band began writing original songs and playing live shows. With influences ranging from Nirvana, Queens of the Stone Age and the Foo Fighters to Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors and Frank Zappa this young band has already proven to be a local favorite.
